When does my data plan start?
Your data plan starts when you first connect to a network in your destination, not when you purchase or install the eSIM.

Can I reload or top up my data?

What if my eSIM doesn't work?
Contact our 24/7 support team. If we can't resolve the issue, you're eligible for a full refund on unused data.
Do I need to enable data roaming?

Can I use hotspot/tethering?

Can I get a refund?
