1. Refund Eligibility
✅ Eligible for Full Refund
- Unactivated eSIM: If you have not installed or activated your eSIM, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase
- Technical Failure: If our eSIM fails to activate due to a technical issue on our end that we cannot resolve
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same plan twice
- Incorrect Plan Delivered: If you received a different plan than what you ordered

- Service Issues: Significant service problems that we can verify (at our discretion)
- Changed Travel Plans: Case-by-case consideration for unactivated eSIMs
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- Activated eSIMs: Once an eSIM is installed and begins using data, it cannot be refunded
- Incompatible Device: If you purchased for a device that does not support eSIM (please check compatibility first)
- Carrier-Locked Device: If your carrier blocks eSIM functionality
- User Error: Incorrect installation, accidental deletion, or loss of QR code
- Coverage Issues: Network coverage and speeds depend on local carriers and are not guaranteed
- Change of Mind: Simply not wanting the product after activation
- Free Data Rewards: Data earned through ad viewing is not refundable
2. How to Request a Refund
