1. Service Nature
Humming Parrot Technologies Ltd. (“Humming Parrot,” “we,” “us”) is a technology platform and eSIM reseller. We are not:
- A telecommunications carrier or mobile network operator
- The owner or operator of cellular networks
- Responsible for building, maintaining, or operating network infrastructure
We partner with established carriers and eSIM providers to deliver connectivity services. Our role is to facilitate access to these networks through our platform.
2. Coverage Limitations
We cannot guarantee coverage in all locations.
Coverage depends entirely on local carrier infrastructure which is outside our control.
Coverage limitations include:
- Geographic Gaps: Rural, remote, and mountainous areas may have limited or no coverage
- Indoor Coverage: Buildings, basements, and enclosed structures may block signals
- Border Areas: Near country borders, you may connect to networks in neighboring countries
- Islands and Offshore: Small islands and maritime areas may have spotty coverage
- Cruise Ships: Cruise ship connectivity uses satellite systems not included in our eSIM
- Airplanes: In-flight connectivity is not provided by our eSIM services
Coverage maps are estimates. The coverage maps on our website are approximations provided by our partners and are not guarantees of actual coverage at any specific location.
3. Speed and Performance
Speeds are not guaranteed.
Advertised speeds (4G/LTE/5G) are maximum theoretical speeds, not guaranteed minimums.
Speed can be affected by:
- Network Congestion: Many users in one area reduces speeds for everyone
- Time of Day: Peak hours (evenings, weekends) typically have slower speeds
- Location: Distance from cell towers affects signal strength and speed
- Device: Older devices may not support the fastest network technologies
- Carrier Policies: Local carriers may throttle certain types of traffic
- Weather: Severe weather can temporarily impact network performance
- Fair Use: After excessive usage, speeds may be reduced per our fair use policy
4. Third-Party Dependencies
Our service relies on multiple third parties. We are not responsible for issues caused by:

Technology partners who provision and manage eSIM profiles
💳 Payment Processors
Stripe for secure payment processing
🌐 Infrastructure
Cloud hosting and delivery networks
Outages, maintenance, or issues with any of these partners may affect your service. While we work to minimize disruptions, we cannot control third-party systems.
5. Device Compatibility
Not all devices support eSIM. We do not guarantee compatibility with:
- Carrier-locked devices (even if they technically support eSIM)
- Older devices without eSIM capability
- Devices purchased in regions with eSIM restrictions
- Devices with software that has disabled eSIM functionality

6. No Warranty
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Implied warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMMING PARROT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect Damages: Lost profits, lost data, business interruption
- Consequential Damages: Damages arising from inability to use services
- Incidental Damages: Costs incurred due to service issues
- Punitive Damages: Any form of punitive or exemplary damages
Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that caused the issue.
8. Use Cases Not Recommended
Our eSIM may not be suitable for:
- Emergency Services: eSIMs may not support emergency calls (911/999/112) in all locations. Always have a backup method to contact emergency services.
- Mission-Critical Applications: Medical, safety, or business applications requiring guaranteed uptime
- Real-Time Trading: Financial trading requiring ultra-low latency
- Primary/Only Phone Line: We recommend keeping your primary SIM as backup
9. Regulatory Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your location and destinations regarding telecommunications services. Some countries may have restrictions on eSIM usage or VoIP services.
